Low-Carb and Keto

Keto recipes are low-carb recipes that are high in fat and eliminate starchy foods (like bread, cereal, pasta, potatoes, etc) as well as processed sugar.

Keto recipes have surged in popularity as a way to lose weight, lower blood sugar and address diabetes, by changing the way your body converts food to energy. This is known as ketosis.

Some of my favorite keto recipes include my Slow Cooker Pulled Pork, Tuna Stuffed Avocados, Carne Asada and Guacamole.

The recipes listed below are all low carb recipes, though not all are keto recipes. Many are also modifiable to be low carb or keto, like my Flourless Chocolate Cake. Always make sure to read the full recipe and notes. Enjoy!
