Healthier Take On a Classic!

These chocolate crunch bars are a dreamy pairing of chocolatey goodness and crispy puffed rice.  Bonus – it’s a healthier take on everyone’s favorite candy bar!

The best part about this sweet treat is that you only need two ingredients – that’s it!

Melt the chocolate in a large mixing  bowl, then stir in the puffed rice.

STEP 1

Pour the chocolate puffed rice mixture into a loaf pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until it's set.

STEP 2

Pull the chocolate from the loaf pan and use a warm knife to slice into bars - and you're done!
