DEVILED EGGS

Best Holiday Appetizer!

• Large Eggs • Mayonnaise • Dijon Mustard • Apple Cider Vinegar • Salt & Pepper • Paprika

INGREDIENTS

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and place the eggs in the water. Then increase the heat back to high for 14 minutes.

STEP 1

After 14 minutes, remove the eggs from the water and place in an ice water bath.

STEP 2

Once the eggs are cooled, peel them and slice in half lengthwise. Remove the yolk to a bowl and place the eggs whites on a plate.

STEP 3

Mash the yolks with a fork. Then stir with mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper until it's smooth.

STEP 4

Use a spoon to add the mixture back into the hole of each egg white. Then sprinkle on paprika for garnishing!
