Mango Strawberry Popsicles

These homemade mango strawberry popsicles are easy to make and the perfect frozen treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 mango peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries halved
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tsp lime juice

Instructions

  • Add the strawberries and one tablespoon honey plus one teaspoon lime juice to a food processor. Blend until you have a puree. Pour half the puree into the molds of your popsicle maker and pour the other half into a measuring cup.
  • Wash your food processor. Add the mango and one tablespoon honey and one tsp lime juice to the food processor. Blend until pureed, then pour evenly into the popsicle molds.
  • Add the remaining strawberry puree to the popsicle molds, then insert the popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours, though preferably overnight.
