Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together.
  • Store it in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.
