Lemon Tahini Dressing

- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 garlic clove minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- Add more water as needed for a thinner consistency.
- This recipe makes approximately 2/3 cup of dressing.
