- 4 sweet potatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- butter or ghee optional
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
Poke 4-5 holes in each sweet potato with a fork or sharp knife.
Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for approximately 60 minutes, or until soft. Then top with butter or ghee and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
