Ingredients

  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 avocados ripe
  • 1/2 small onion finely diced
  • 3 tablespoon fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno seeds removed and finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Slice each cherry tomato in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a small spoon.

  • In a mixing bowl, add the avocados, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice and salt. Stir everything together until it's combined.
