- 2 cups small diced ham
- 2 celery ribs diced small
- ¼ cup small diced dill pickles
- ¼ cup small diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, add the ham, celery, pickles, red onion, parsley, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Stir all of the ingredients until well combined, and adjust any of the seasonings if necessary.
