Ingredients

  • 2 cups small diced ham
  • 2 celery ribs diced small
  • ¼ cup small diced dill pickles
  • ¼ cup small diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the ham, celery, pickles, red onion, parsley, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
