Marinate the chicken. Mix the vinaigrette ingredients together and pour 3/4 of it into a container, along with the chicken to marinate. Ideally, you should marinate the chicken.
Bake the chicken. Preheat your oven to 425F and add the marinated chicken breasts to a baking dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cooked through.
