Grilled Peaches

Grilled peaches are a summertime grilling essential. They become extra soft, extra sweet, and beautifully caramelized. That makes them perfect for grilled peach salads, desserts, and so much more.

Equipment

  • Lodge Grill Pan My favorite indoor grill pan to get those perfectly charred marks!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Heat the grill on medium heat. If using an outdoor grill, slice the peaches in half to prevent falling through the grates. If using and indoor grill pan, you can slice the peaches into halves or quarters.
    Sliced peach on a board
  • Brush the open side of the peaches with butter and sprinkle with coconut sugar.
    Sliced peaches sprinkled with sugar
  • Grill the peach slices for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until you have grill marks and the open edge has caramelized.

Notes

  • If you don't have coconut sugar, you can swap it with any granulated sugar. But I just love how coconut sugar adds more of a caramel depth of flavor!
