Lemon Dill Yogurt Sauce

This is the yogurt sauce you'll want to spoon on everything! It's so easy make and perfect for grilled protein, salmon burgers, and more!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon roughly chopped dill
  • 1 tablespoon roughly chopped parsley
  • 1 small garlic clove minced
  • kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix together. In a mixing bowl, stir together the yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.

  • Let it sit. For the best flavor, let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes, so that the flavors meld.
