Plus, you’ll be able to use this Vitamix for several of my favorite recipes in my meal prep cookbook! That includes recipes like my creamy white gazpacho, banana berry nice cream, all the hummus(s) you can imagine, and yes, even a dessert – my key lime tartelettes!

  35. Hi my name is Jacqueline I found your page on Pinterest in 2020. I had major inflammation all over my body and everything I ate trigger me. I found your recipes and they were heaven sent. They made it easy in this transition to eating healthier and switching out to safer cookware and of course not compromising  the taste and flavor of my meals! I get so many complaints when I make your recipes to the lemon bars to the cilantro lime chicken. I made my own recipe book by printing your recipes and putting them in a binder. I’ve shopped off your links and have been building my kitchen tools little by little. Vitamix has been on my wish list for a while now.
