It’s that time of year for our annual Christmas giveaway! But this year I’m not only giving away a Vitamix, but also a signed copy of my Healthy Meal Prep cookbook!

It’s always so much fun for me to give these blenders away and brighten someone’s day. And today, one reader will have a chance to win my most prized kitchen tool — the Vitamix A3500 (read more about it here)!

Plus, you’ll be able to use this Vitamix for several of my favorite recipes in my meal prep cookbook! That includes recipes like my creamy white gazpacho, banana berry nice cream, all the hummus(s) you can imagine, and yes, even a dessert – my key lime tartelettes!

  1. I enjoy your recipes.  But, it’s so much more than just a collection of recipes.  There’s a lot of conflicting information on inflammatory foods and what you should or should not eat.  Your research and sharing of knowledge is really helpful!  I’ve followed you on YouTube and was thrilled you created a cookbook!  Thank you for getting this out to others so they can feel their best.

  2. I have been a fan for years and appreciate your hard work in simplifying your healthy recipes and meal prep tips! Thank you.

  3. I live in Indio, California, and I am so thankful for the day I discovered Downshiftology.
I have diverticulosis and on top of that, I have developed a strong sensitivity to gluten and soy, so I am always searching for good, healthy recipes full of nutrient dense whole foods that I can make at home. Downshiftology is all about cooking healthy, non-inflammatory meals and meal prep without breaking the budget and without being so complicated only a Master Chef could figure out how to make it right.
I have made multiple recipes from the Lisa’s website, including the Zucchini Lasagna, because Zucchini is my favorite squash too, the Air Fryer Salmon and Berry Crisp. For Thanksgiving this year, I made the Gluten free Pumpkin pie and it was absolutely delicious. The How -to videos are really informative and helpful as well. Your product links are helpful as well.
I am excited about the cookbook and future recipes. Thank you Lisa and your crew, for sharing your story and for your Contributions to helping us all in living a Healthier, less inflammatory lifestyle.
