It’s always so much fun for me to give these blenders away and brighten someone’s day. And today, one reader will have a chance to win my most prized kitchen tool — the Vitamix A3500 (read more about it here)!

Plus, you’ll be able to use this Vitamix for several of my favorite recipes in my meal prep cookbook! That includes recipes like my creamy white gazpacho, banana berry nice cream, all the hummus(s) you can imagine, and yes, even a dessert – my key lime tartelettes!

  1. Hello! I do have a copy of your cookbook and LOVE it, but I would be over the moon with a signed copy. I could then pass my unsigned copy on. The blender – dream come true. I lost my last Vitamix in the divorce. That and the dog were my only true losses. 😜 I bought a power blender in a different brand, but it doesn’t quite cut the mustard. There is no replacing the love of a dog. Wishing us all luck! This is a great giveaway!

  17. Congratulations….I was thrilled to finally get your first cookbook!  

    We celebrated my husband’s birthday with chocolate espresso shortbread bars and the banana berry nice cream!  

    It was a delicious birthday treat, but my blender struggled to blend the frozen fruit.  I had to alter the recipe by adding more almond milk and thawing the fruit a little.

    If only I had a Vitamix!
