Plus, you’ll be able to use this Vitamix for several of my favorite recipes in my meal prep cookbook! That includes recipes like my creamy white gazpacho, banana berry nice cream, all the hummus(s) you can imagine, and yes, even a dessert – my key lime tartelettes!

  17. Hi! I’m currently living in Russellville,AR. Living with MS for the past 20+ years It was a great day indeed when I found your site. We use so many of your recipes & love all the helpful hints you give that make such a difference in the success of the outcome of the dishes. The first thing I would try with a Vitamix would be your 1 minute creamy almond butter. That would beat the heck out of the 20+ minutes it currently takes me!

  20. I am patiently waiting for my copy of Healthy Meal Prep to be delivered. Our Canadian weather has played havoc on deliveries.
    Thank you for your cooking style. I always find something delicious to make, especially cooking for one. I don’t always have a lot of ingredients on hand. And when I am cooking for guest I always find something familiar but it is always taken up a notch with the combination of ingredients you choose.
