Dairy-Free

Dairy-free recipes don’t include milk, cheese, yogurt, butter or cream. Some folks on a dairy-free diet have found that they can still tolerate Ghee (which removes the whey and casein from butter) with no problem, but it’s very individual.

I have great dairy-free alternatives to some of your staple dairy ingredients, including Almond Milk, Cashew Milk, Coconut Milk Yogurt, Cashew Cream, Vegan Alfredo Sauce and Coconut Whipped Cream.
