Because healthy egg recipes can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Oh yes, there’s nothing quite as versatile as a simple hard boiled egg.

The recipes listed below also come in handy after Easter when you’ve got loads of leftover hard boiled eggs. I mean, it’s a guaranteed outcome, right?
