Hard boiled eggs are one of my favorite items to meal prep. Boil several eggs on a Sunday and you’ll have a wide variety of recipes to enjoy throughout the week.

Deviled eggs are the most delicious bite-sized snack that’s perfectly portioned. They have a little spice to keep things interesting and can be whipped up in less than 5 minutes. You really can’t beat that for a healthy snack.
The classic egg salad can be turned into so many recipes – a salad, a sandwich or a wrap. My version is loaded with fresh herbs and no matter how you enjoy it, it’s quick, easy, tasty and nourishing. Watch my egg salad video for a collard wrap idea as well!
It’s the California spin on egg salad. Just reduce the mayonnaise and add creamy avocado. Truth be told, you could omit all the mayonnaise if you desired. I mean, who’s gonna argue with more avocado?
