Paleo

Paleo recipes eliminate gluten, grains, legumes, dairy and refined sugar. But eliminating those ingredients doesn’t mean you’re going without! There’s still many delicious, nutrient-dense ingredients to enjoy if you’re following a paleo diet.

Some of my favorite paleo recipes include my Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs served with a Baked Sweet Potato or my Dijon Baked Salmon served with Broccoli Salad. They’re easy weeknight meals! And don’t forget awesome eggs dishes like my Avocado Egg Salad, Shakshuka or Deviled Eggs. Hint: Hard Boiled Eggs also make for a great snack!
