Vegetarian

Vegetarian recipes include those with vegetables, fruits, pulses, nuts and seeds. Because all recipes on Downshiftology are gluten-free, all vegetarian recipes on this website are also gluten-free. I also include dairy and eggs in my vegetarian category.

My favorite vegetarian recipes include my Roasted Beet Hummus, Deviled Eggs, Baked Zucchini Fries and Zucchini Noodle Caprese.
